The Kia E-Niro uses Type 2 single phase charging cables. Please check your manual to ensure you buy the correct cable.
The 2019 Kia E-Niro features a 64 kWh battery, which can be charged in 9 hours using one of our fast charge 7.2kW cables charging on single phase power which can be used to charge at a single phase home charging station or at a public charging station.
Our Type 2 EV charging cables can be used with public charger stations and home charging points. All our cables are orange for high visibility and feature ergonomic grips and flexible cable for ease of handling and storage. These cables are approved and safety tested by TUV to ensure they are the highest quality and safe for use.
Type 2 charging cables can be used with all cars with Type 2 (Mennekes) power inlets. The Type 2 female end plugs into your vehicle and the Type 2 male end plugs into the power supply. Type 2 cables can be either single phase or 3 phase.
Our Type 2 cables for the Kia E-Niro charge at a rate of either 3.7kW (16A), 7.2kW (32A), 11kW (3 Phase 16A), or 22kW (3 Phase 32A). Various options are available including power rating, cable length and single or 3 phase.
Cablacar recommends using at least 7.2kW charging cables. A Kia E-Niro with 64kWh battery and 7.2kw onboard charger will fully charge in 9 hours using a 7.2kW charging cable. Recommended cables have Kia E-Niro in the product title, however all the cables shown are compatible with the Kia E-Niro.
